Guelph Manufacturing Group is proud to supply the seat back frame for the new 2022 Honda Civic 11th generation as well as other seating components. The three main processes Guelph uses to manufacture the seat back frame for the Honda Civic are Tube Bending, Stamping, and MIG Welding.
Guelph Manufacturing Group specializes in wire, rod and tube manufacturing. We can straighten, cut and form wire or rod up to 1/2” and tube bending diameters up to 1.5”. Guelph can produce high quality stamped parts using 100 to 1600 ton stamping presses in our TS16949 Certified plant facilities. MIG welding metal assembly solutions include Manual, Automated and CNC Robotic welding as well as Cold Metal Transfer welding (CMT) creating clean, quality welds. Our resistance welding options consists of Manual, Automated or Robotic welding. Finally, in Spot welding, Guelph utilizes both Manual and Automated or dedicated weld cell and flexible robotic weld cell for high and low volume applications.
As mentioned above, Guelph Manufacturing also has the capability to do CMT welding. It is 99% less weld spatter vs. conventional MIG welding. Not only is it ideal for mechanical assemblies, it increases robot travel speed and decreases the need for maintenance.
Tube Benders – Guelph Manufacturing has the ability to use flattening, hole piercing & punching, as well as tube swaging & chamfering, tube notch broaching, and stamped rolled formed notch. Guelph can tube bend diameters up to 1.5”. We can Seam find, part laser 3D bard code etching, marking, as well as Transfer Die tube bending all in-house at one of our plants in Canada.
We work with our supply partners for chrome and/or zinc plating, as well as e-coat, and a-coat finishes.
