Guelph Manufacturing Group is delighted to announce the introduction of an extensive lineup of more than 50 innovative seat structure parts designed for the latest models of Nissan Pathfinder and Infiniti FX35, FX45, and FX50. Our company takes great pride in manufacturing a diverse range of components, including Tether Brackets, Assembly Armrest Frames, Striker Assemblies, Remote Handle Brackets, and various other minor assemblies and stampings.
Harnessing the power of cutting-edge technology, Guelph utilizes a wide range of advanced machinery such as CNC wire benders, tube benders, MIG, and resistance weld machines to produce the Pathfinder seat parts. Our manufacturing process involves employing presses with capacities ranging from 100 tons to 1600 tons, ensuring precision and efficiency in every stage of production.
With a strong focus on quality, Guelph Manufacturing Group conducts its seat assembly production at two state-of-the-art facilities in Guelph, Ontario, which are both TS16949 certified. These locations, situated on Royal Road and Lewis Road, exemplify our commitment to exceeding the stamping, bending, forming, and assembly needs of automotive seating customers.
In addition to our Ontario assembly plants, Guelph Manufacturing Group operates three facilities across Ontario, Canada, solely dedicated to delivering exceptional services to the automotive industry. To support our operations, we have strategically established warehouse facilities in Atlanta, Georgia, Warren, Michigan, and Irving, Texas. This network of facilities allows us to effectively serve our valued customers across Ontario, Canada, Mexico, and the United States.
