Guelph Manufacturing has over 25 stamping presses producing high quality stamped parts in two TS16949 certified plant facilities. As a key industry stamping supplier Guelph’s capabilities include 50 to 1600 ton stamping presses. Progressive stamping die as well as manual and automated transfer stamping dies.
Within our rod and tube forming and bending capabilities we offer numerous processing solutions including, tube flattening, hole piercing and punching, and bushing insertion as well as end treatments including tube swaging and chamfering. Our CNC technologies provide our customers with flexible solutions to their wire bending and wire assembly needs.
Guelph utilizes multiple solutions for head restraint forming. For high volume applications; purpose built, dedicated benders. For lower volume applications; CNC or flexible cell solutions. Capabilities include notch broaching and stamped notch, seam finding, part etching, as well as chrome and zinc plating.
